All sessions take place at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel where WREIN Live is being held. The Signature Sessions will take place in Maari's Executive Business Suite (room number shared Sept. 3 via email). The Essentials Sessions booth will be located right outside the main event room near the Registration Desk (details sent Sept. 3 via email). And the Luxe Sessions will be in and around the hotel.

1. Choose your session type (Essentials, Signature, or Luxe).

2. Select Central Time Zone (CDT) since we will all be on Texas time .

3. Select your preferred time and date time according to what is available on the calendar.

4. Complete payment. Appointments cannot be not held without payment.

You may reschedule your session (based on availability shown on the calendar) anytime before Tuesday, September 2, 2025.

Cancellations are eligible for a full refund if requested by Wednesday, August 27, 2025. After that date, sessions fees are non-refundable.

Essentials Sessions: No. These sessions are for individuals only. If you would like to take pictures with your partner, please book a Signature Session.

Signature Sessions: Yes. We recommend both of you book your own sessions back-to-back so we have plenty time to capture your individual images and shared portraits together.

Luxe Sessions: Yes. We can take a pictures with your partner but I suggest the majority of images taken of you. We will discuss all details in our Style Consult over Zoom before WREIN Live.

Please arrive photo-ready (dressed, with hair and makeup complete) and on time. We work very hard to stay right on schedule.

Essential Sessions - Please arrive arrive a few minutes early and sign in at the Expo Booth area. If you need to freshen up beforehand, there’s a nearby bathroom on the expo floor you can use before your session.

Signature Sessions - Please arrive a few minutes early to the hotel room and sign in. If you want to freshen up beforehand, you're welcome to let yourself into Maari's hotel suite before your session and make your finishing touches.

Luxe Sessions - you will have a designated area to meet Maari on location.

But generally speaking, Day 1 of WREIN Live will begin around 1:00 pm on Friday, September 5th. The whole event will wrap up around 6:00 pm on Sunday, September 7th.

That’s why our headshot sessions are intentionally short, sweet, and convenient, and why I offer sessions before the event starts and after it's over. Everything is designed for your convenience. WREIN does not mind at all if you slip out of sessions to get your photos done for a few minutes.

Essential & Signatures Session Clients: you'll receive a Complete Wardrobe & Session Prep Guide after booking. Luxe Sessions Clients: you will have a one-on-one zoom call with Maari where you will go into depth about the best wardrobe options for your session.

Here are a few quick tips to get you started: If you have brand colors, this is a great time to feature them! Fabrics with busy patterns are strongly discouraged for headshots. If you would like multiple outfits, consider signing up for two sessions. Many ladies like to bring a blazer or sweater to add variety, and we can photograph you with tha layer on and off.

You’ll receive an email a couple weeks after the event with your the link and password to your private gallery. This is where you can view your images, and select your final choice(s). At this time, you can purchase additional images for $195 each—or buy 3 additional images and get the 4th free. Galleries stay open for 1 week only. There is a $40 Reactivation Fee to create a new gallery after this one closes.
